• 1 ball of frozen spinach
  • 2 large florets of frozen broccoli
  • 1 large handful organic strawberries
  • 1 dessert spoon sunflower/chia/flax/pumpkin seeds
  • 1 serving protein powder
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened, full fat, organic yoghurt with live cultures
  • 200ml plant milk
  • Water

The recipe

Don’t be put off by the broccoli! It is a hormone-detoxifying superstar – particularly for oestrogen, and if you use frozen broccoli you won’t taste it. The fats and micronutrients from the seeds are also fantastic for balancing hormones, and you can swap the seeds for pumpkin, flax or chia.


  • Add everything to the blender and top up with water.
